Race start

When the gun fires, you will run straight down the big Bonampak Avenue. During the first kilometers you will pass hundreds of supporters, friends or family who will be showering you with words of encouragement. Enjoy the view and the beautiful avenue that leads you to the very touristy hotel zone, between the Caribbean Sea and the Nichupte Lagoon.

The start of the Night Marathon will take place Saturday at 05:00pm in the Av. Bonampak and there will be a single starting line in the street (Av. Bonampak, esquina calle Antonio Enríquez Savignac)
Finish: Malecón Tajamar, Avenida La Rambla.

Race Packet Pickup: Packets can be picked up at the Runner’s Expo in:
EL CENTRO DE CONVENCIONES DE CANCÚN.
- Day 1: Thursday, December 05, 2019 from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
- Day 2: Friday, December 6, 2019 from 10:00 am to 10:00 pm.

The course has been officially measured and certified by the Mexican Athletics Federation (FMAA) and the IAAF and AIMS

Bibs pick-up

All online entries with valid email addresses will receive promptly a confirmation indicating their bib number and other relevant details about the event.

Cut-off time

To ensure that the streets will be reopened to traffic in the following, the time to complete the marathon is 6:00 hours, half marathon is 3:30. This limit will be strictly enforced. Participants must keep a pace that meets the arrival time running or walking. It starts when the last participant has crossed the starting line.
Aid Stations, & Medical

As per the International rules.
On the course race you will have water, sports drinks, from km 5 (2.5 km and every 2.5 km) and after the Finish Line. Fruits,
Medical assistence will be provided at the start in the race course and the finish.
There will be a special tent for massages post race.

Cancellations

Each entry is considered to be non-transferable and final and implies full acceptance of the rules. No refund will be made for any reason whatsoever. No transfer of registration is allowed, sub any reason.
Anyone retroceding his bib to a third party be liable in case of accident or caused by the third party during the competition. The organization is exempt from any liability in case of accident in this kind of situation. There will be no bibs mailed. Change of name or distance will cost 10 usd on the spot.
